- Intel-based MacBooks. Only Macs with an Apple M-series chip (M1 or newer) can run the app.
- Linux computers, such as Ubuntu, Fedora, Linux Mint and other Linux-based systems.
- iPhones and iPads that cannot update to iOS 15.6, such as iPhone 6 and older. Check your version in Settings → General → About.
- Chromebook, Primebook and similar laptops or tablets, even if they can install apps from the Play Store.
- Rooted phones, phones with a custom OS, and devices not certified by Google. Google flags these devices itself, so we cannot fix this from our side. Check in Play Store → Settings → About → Play Protect certification.
Please note
- Android 8.1 and 9 no longer get security updates from Google, so we recommend Android 10 or above.
- Older Windows computers with low RAM or a weak graphics card may run the app slowly, even on a supported Windows version.
- Device-specific issues can happen on any platform. If the app does not work on your device, contact support below. Some issues can only be confirmed after we look into that specific device.
Installing on Windows? Please read
Because of our encryption, system-process monitoring and anti-piracy techniques, some antivirus tools may block the Windows app during download or installation.
Before installing, temporarily disable “Real-Time Threat Detection” in your antivirus (quick tutorials are on YouTube). The app is verified by Windows Defender and is safe — if needed, add the file to your antivirus exception list.
